Are You Trying to Lose Weight? Keep These in Mind.  Being overweight is serious business. Here are some of the things we should not do and some we should do.



1. Eating Too Much 

Are we eating too much? Do we pile on lots of food on the plate because it looks or small good. Are we reaching for another biscuit or a second chocolate because we have to find the one with the nut or the lovely filling we had before? We generally go all out to lose weight before some special event. We want to get into that lovely swimsuit or wedding dress. These events, of course, are the worst time for eating too much.

2. Doing No Exercise

I bought a treadmill two years ago; it is in the bedroom and everyday I look at it. Now and again, I have I get on it for half an hour. Each day I promise myself that I will do the half hour but never does. How many of us have equipment that we do not use. Doing a bit of exercise is better than no exercise.
Exercise is a very good way to shed weight. Doing exercise also helps control your blood pressure and give you of feeling of well being

3. Not Talking To Your Doctor


A few years ago, I went to my doctor because I felt that I was getting fat. My weight was far less than it is today. He examined me checked that I was well and ask his receptionist to give me the address of the nearest weight watchers and bid me good day.
Getting medical help is extremely important for your health so before you start on your weight loss program seek medical advice. The medical professional will help you look at your eating habits and choose a diet plan to suit your weight loss target.

4. Getting Diseases

Being overweight, I have opened myself to all sort of chronic diseases. Obesity can cause further complications in your body and it will really bring disaster at your end.
There are ailments related to obesity like diabetes, you can also have problems in your heart blood circulation like hypertension and arthritis.
People will look at you with differently when you are overweight. In addition, it has adverse effects on the social development of the person especially children. This is not good in their personal development.

5. Not Choosing A Good Weight Plan


By not choosing a weight loss plan, you are making the job of losing weight harder for yourself. There are all sorts of plan on the market today. You only have to do a search on the net to see the number of pills, portions, programs and plans out there directed at losing weight.
